Sales and Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Director to join our team at Aldi UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a store, ensuring that sales targets are met, and customer service is exceptional.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In terms of salary, the successful candidate can expect to earn between £50,600 and £65,995 per annum, depending on their level of experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the store's sales performance, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded
- To lead and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture
- To maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience
- To oversee the store's operational efficiency, minimizing costs and maximizing profits
