We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at The Cavalry Global restaurant in Central London. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen brigade and creating exceptional Japanese dishes, including sushi and Omakase experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team and maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • Craft and present high-quality Japanese dishes, focusing on sushi and Omakase experiences.
  • Collaborate with a team of distinguished chefs and culinary experts to develop new menu items and recipes.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and passion for Japanese cuisine.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a sushi chef in a similar role, preferably in internationally recognised businesses.
  • Extensive knowledge of and passion for Japanese cuisine, especially sushi.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to obtain IELTS 4.0 or higher.
