Business Manager Role Overview

At Bridgewater Resources UK, we are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our wholesale and distribution business in Colchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing employees, and ensuring the achievement of set targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with B2B customers to drive sales growth and revenue
* Oversee the entire business, including profit and loss management, employee management, and logistics
* Identify opportunities to develop company performance and revenue
* Collaborate with the team to achieve set targets and objectives
