We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance and Systems Administrator to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. This role is critical in supporting the compliance and safety of our housing stock.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the M&E Manager, particularly within the Asbestos and Mechanical workstreams. Key responsibilities include compliance administration, data management, job management, financial administration, communication, and cross-team support.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Administration: Provide effective administrative support for all compliance-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documentation and certification.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain the Asbestos register and compliance functions within our systems.
- Job Management: Oversee the administration of job allocations, ensuring that actions are correctly logged and closed out in our systems.
- Financial Administration: Process and batch purchase orders and invoices within agreed timeframes.
- Communication: Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party service providers, ensuring effective communication and value-added service delivery.
- Cross-Team Support: Collaborate across teams to contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Previous Experience: Experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- IT Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance documentation.
- Proactive Approach: A can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
