About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Young Person's Resilience Worker to join our team. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, assessment, and psychosocial interventions to support young people's treatment journey.
  • Identify and respond effectively to potential safeguarding issues, ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with young people to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm and promote positive, holistic outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and community partners to ensure seamless support and advocacy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice around young people's substance misuse treatment services.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the issues affecting young people and a passion for delivering high-quality support. You will have:

Experience working with young people and knowledge of safeguarding concerns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.A high degree of personal IT competency and ability to maintain accurate records.Knowledge of working with evidence-based practice and relevant best practice guidance.
