About the Role:

This role is focused on providing support to young people from the initial point of entry into our service and throughout their treatment journey. Key responsibilities include screening, assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated care planning, post-treatment support, and transfer of care.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with experience of working with young people and knowledge of the issues they face. You should have a good understanding of safeguarding concerns in relation to children and young people, as well as experience of working within a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to accurately update and maintain records.
