At mydentist, we're passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting consultations with patients, delivering the best patient journey throughout the course of treatment, and working closely with clinicians to grow their private patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with patients using the Intraoral Scanner
  • Deliver the best patient journey throughout the course of treatment
  • Work closely with clinicians to help grow their private patients
  • Help patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and convert sales in line with revenue targets
  • Confidence to approach new patients and external practice teams to market the practices services
  • Attract and manage enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media, and events
