As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator at mydentist, you will be part of a team that's passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.

Your role

  • Conduct consultations with patients using the Intraoral Scanner
  • Deliver the best patient journey throughout the course of treatment
  • Work closely with clinicians to help grow their private patients
  • Help patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and convert sales in line with revenue targets
  • Confidence to approach new patients and external practice teams to market the practices services
  • Attract and manage enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media, and events
