As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator at mydentist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.
Your Role
- Conduct consultations with patients using the Intraoral Scanner to deliver personalized treatment plans.
- Work closely with clinicians to grow private patient numbers and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and promote practice services.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to ensure a positive experience throughout treatment.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance patient satisfaction and business outcomes.
