About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our mental health rehabilitation service in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the needs of our residents, providing direction and leadership to ensure effective management of the home.

As the registered manager, you will assume key accountability for the service, ensuring it operates at a consistently high level. You will have overall responsibility for the recruitment and retention of your team, business planning, financial performance, and overseeing quality compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the needs of our residents, providing direction and leadership to ensure effective management of the home.
  • Assume key accountability for the service, ensuring it operates at a consistently high level.
  • Have overall responsibility for the recruitment and retention of your team, business planning, financial performance, and overseeing quality compliance standards.
  • Review continuous improvement strategies to ensure the service is delivered efficiently and within budget.
  • Act as a role model of the company behaviors and culture, and be an ambassador for ACG both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin Registration.
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
  • Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations, and legislation.
  • Strong person-focused attitude.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate.
  • The ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding. Minimum Safeguard level 3 training.
