About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

As a Registered Service Manager, you will be accountable for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring that it operates at a consistently high level. This includes managing and supervising a team of staff, overseeing the recruitment and retention of colleagues, and ensuring that all care standards and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of care services to residents
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including recruitment, supervision, and development
  • Oversee the budget and financial performance of the service
  • Ensure that all care standards and regulatory requirements are met
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to ensure the service is delivered efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Current NMC Pin Registration
  • Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations, and legislation
  • Strong person-focused attitude
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate
  • The ability to influence and advise at all levels
