Registered Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Service Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of our mental health rehabilitation service in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the needs of highly dependent residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Provide direction and leadership to ensure effective management of the home, including budgetary management and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funders, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure resident needs are fully understood and met.
- Assume key accountability for the service, ensuring it operates at a consistently high level and meets all regulatory standards.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to deliver exceptional care.
- Monitor and record staff employment checks, including professional registration and DBS checks.
- Act as a role model of the company's behaviors and culture, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- A current NMC Pin Registration.
- A legal right to work in the U.K.
- Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience.
- Independent and self-motivated with a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate.
- Minimum Safeguard Level 3 training.
- 25 days plus bank holidays.
