Norbrook Laboratories Limited is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Compliance Quality Specialist to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality assurance and compliance to make a real impact.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract lasting 6 months, based in Newry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing QA oversight and responsibility for packaging line quality compliance. They will work closely with production packaging line staff, change control staff, and existing QA personnel to ensure materials being packed are compliant and according to specification requirements.

The Packaging Compliance Quality Specialist will provide an independent QA oversight on packaging operations to improve efficiencies, reduce errors, and ensure GMP compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing QA oversight and responsibility for packaging line quality compliance
  • Providing a central responsible quality contract for all packaging line operators
  • Providing immediate quality support to existing QA/packaging line staff on daily issues
  • Quality checks and routine monitoring of the set-up, operation, and compliance of all packaging line operations from a quality perspective
  • Reduction/minimization of any errors and ensuring compliance on all line operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including practical experience in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent organizational, planning, motivational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate reports
