Customer Experience Insights Lead

The Customer Experience Insights Lead will play a critical role in helping M&S understand our customers' experiences in the markets we operate. The successful candidate will develop and evolve our Customer Experience measurement framework to deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Designing and implementing customer surveys and other research methodologies to gather feedback and insights.
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategies.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
