Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 5-storey office.
About the Job:
- Manage a team of staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource usage.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Source and manage vendors for various services, ensuring best value and quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
