Customer Service and Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Service and Support Coordinator to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, letters, and emails to the correct department or staff member.
- Greet students and staff warmly and offer immediate assistance.
- Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, mail delivery, and office supplies.
- Sign in visitors and provide them with visitor badges.
- Set up meeting facilities and arrange for catering services.
- Provide general support, answering questions about our programmes, services, and office hours.
- Interact with various departments, including IT, for technical assistance.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain front door security and report any suspicious activity.
- Represent our Institution with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Strong knowledge of our institute and services
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Organized with good memory and attention to detail
- Ability to handle student support and communicating efficiently
- Basic understanding of the institute, programmes and services
