HR Administrator Job Description

Artemis Human Capital is collaborating with a global FMCG organization to find a dedicated HR Administrator to join their thriving team in the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR activities.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations, including handling queries, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in HR support or administration is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
