Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in our residential care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration and record-keeping
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
