Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and caring Complex Care Assistant to provide support to our clients in the GL7 area. The successful candidate will have experience in complex care, excellent communication skills, and a driver's license. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with complex care needs, including those with physical or cognitive disabilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Experience in complex care (over 6 months)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Good professional and personal references
- Enhanced DBS/PVG check and right to work in the UK
