Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines and personal care, ensuring they receive the highest level of dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines, including washing, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with personal care, such as dressing and undressing
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
