Safeguarding Social Worker Position

We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding team within the Social Care Industry. Our client, Swindon Borough Council, has a well-structured and organised team that is looking to grow its staffing levels. The role offers a supportive team culture with regular supervision and a supportive management team.
Main Responsibilities:- Initial Assessments and Core Assessments
- LAC Reviews
- Giving Evidence
- Managing a varied caseload
- Court Reports
- Section 47's
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level. The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and can work with a full varied caseload. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a Child Protection Team.
