Exciting Finance Business Partner Opportunity at RECfinancial

RECfinancial is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for leading the firm's budgeting and forecasting activities, business modeling, and commercial analysis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive decision-making based on data-driven information. Your expertise in financial analysis and commercial acumen will be essential in driving business growth and improving operational impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the firm's budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide commercial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
  • Strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
