Job Summary
The University of Leeds is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Library Customer Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our library staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other library teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of library policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of library services and operations.
