As a Store Manager at Coach, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead by example, setting the tone for the store and inspiring team members to meet and exceed performance standards;
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience;
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer service metrics, and visual merchandising standards;
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention;
- Communicate effectively with store managers, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners to ensure seamless execution of business plans;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions;
- Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to analyze data and create reports;
