Main Responsibilities:

As a Business Transformation Consultant at TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe, you will be responsible for supporting Product Owners and the wider Product team in ensuring customer requirements are identified, documented, and converted into clear, well-defined, testable work items. You will work closely with the IT Service Management team to provide a seamless handover of changes in the products, including support documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting guides. Additionally, you will provide induction/overview training to users as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct business process analysis, resulting in user-agreed business requirements definitions for systems development
Translate business requirements definitions into detailed system functional specifications, gaining sign-off from business owners
Liaise with Software Developers during technical design development
Support the Software QA team in developing System Test Specifications and coordinating user test activity based on functional specifications and business scenarios
Perform and support others in performing software testing, as needed
Provide process and operational support documentation
Deliver project activities in line with agreed time scales, ensuring any changes to approved timing are formally agreed with the Manager/Project Leader and Business Owners
Communicate software development to Business colleagues
Provide assistance to the support team in fault finding and problem resolution with existing IT Systems
Contribute to IT projects as part of a team or as a team leader
Provide advice and guidance to users to exploit current systems capability

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Self-starter, able to work on activities with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process analysis skills
Excellent working knowledge of basic project management methodologies
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to talk to technical and non-technical colleagues and clients
Experience working on agile IT projects
Self-driven, confident to lead and to listen to others
