We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Whitehaven-based team in delivering exceptional mental health services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality support systems are in place for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 9 staff members, including Case Workers and Senior Case Workers, in delivering services that meet commissioned contracts and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to promote seamless referrals and enhance overall client outcomes.

Requirements
This role requires a strong background in mental health services, preferably with experience working with severe mental illness or complex health conditions. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of recovery principles in mental health and be able to manage risk effectively.
