Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Fashion Profitability Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving business growth and a strong background in merchandising. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit through accurate planning, trading, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Profit Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, ensuring a balanced seasonal range and on-time delivery.
  • Trading Reports: Produce weekly, monthly, seasonal, and ad-hoc trading reports to analyze business performance and propose actions to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
  • Presentation and Analysis: Present insights and proposals to the senior leadership team during Monday trade meetings, providing analysis on global performance, returns, sizing, and pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Drive weekly re-order strategy, identify slow-moving stock, and develop cost-effective solutions to meet End-of-Season (EOS) stock targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with buying, logistics, and ecommerce teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience at merchandiser level in a fashion, clothing, and accessories business.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to move between detail and top-line data to make timely and efficient business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments and understand how to work as a cross-functional team to achieve business goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, with experience in Power BI report and dashboard creation.
