The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing electrical control systems from scratch, using their expertise in PLC programming and automation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working within a factory environment.

We are offering a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, plus benefits including pension contribution, healthcare cash plan and life cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement electrical control systems from scratch
  • Program PLCs using advanced software
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-speed machinery projects
  • Maintain and improve existing electrical control systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical control systems design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g. Ladder Logic, Structured Text)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
