Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician Specialist to join our team at Talent Finder in Rugby. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair work as delegated by the Workshop Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have current experience working as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role, with a minimum Level 3 Qualification and preferably an MOT license. Excellent communication skills, time-keeping qualities, and a keen eye for detail are essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits such as free parking, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, training and development opportunities, and more.

About the Role

  • Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work as delegated by the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Correctly diagnose vehicle faults using Diagnostic equipment and utilising technical help lines if required.
  • Complete all associated administration tasks relating to the maintenance work carried out.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current experience working as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification with preferably an MOT license.
  • Excellent communication skills, time-keeping qualities, and a keen eye for detail.
