Automotive Repair Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Vehicle Technician to join our team at Octane Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of fleet vehicles, including trucks and vans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic tools, as well as a Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. A passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and meet the required standards
- Liaise with workshop controllers and managers to coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Carry out diagnostics and VHCs to identify issues and recommend solutions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualificationStrong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic toolsA commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlinesBenefits:
