As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist at Swansea Bay University Health Board, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment for healthcare professionals.

Job Description:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients in acute medical settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Facilitate timely discharge planning by supporting patient recovery and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with NHS standards.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration and Band 6 experience in an acute setting.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: £23 per hour
