We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to patients receiving secondary care mental health services, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure maximum benefits to patients/residents using a patient-centered approach to care.

- Providing support to patients in receipt of secondary care mental health services
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure maximum benefits to patients/residents
- Assisting individuals to achieve and maintain optimal levels of independence
