We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Tyne Grange care home in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Tyne Grange is a care service for adults living with complex and high acuity needs. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will be empowered to provide truly person-centred nursing care, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work within a forward-thinking and growing provider, supporting you to develop your skills and expertise as a mental health professional.

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, making informed decisions about patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

We offer a competitive salary of £19.74 per hour (up to £45,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with patients, families, and carers to understand their needs and preferences.
