About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Product Owner to lead our team in driving the vision, roadmap, development and ongoing operation of products deployed across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT services within an enterprise level IT environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Lead a team of specialists to ensure user satisfaction, value, cost, availability and lifecycle of products are effectively managed
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Business Owners and key stakeholder groups to understand and optimise product value
  • Collaborate with Service Management teams to ensure products are deployed, operated and consumed effectively across the business
  • Work closely with other Product Owners to deliver an integrated, cost-effective service to the organisation and its customers

Essential Experience

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience of detailed experience in IT services within an enterprise level IT environment
  • Experience of full-lifecycle accountability for a technology or product domain delivered in a complex business environment
  • Knowledge and awareness of Microsoft Cloud platforms (M365, Azure, Identity and Information Security)

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, opportunities for professional development and a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
