About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Digital Risk and Compliance Leader who will play a lead role in helping our clients understand their security challenges and then specify, plan and implement projects to improve their security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate security strategy using technical and management principles.
  • Prioritise market trends, business strategies, and identify alternative strategies' benefits.
  • Lead complex audits and assessment programs.
  • Implement compliance programs against legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Support recruitment activities and engage with the Cyber Security Community of Expertise.
  • Strong client management and relationship building skills.
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, assessing risk and understanding new technologies.
  • Experience in leading engagements including ISMS implementation, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
  • Proficient project management, balancing multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and people management abilities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud security implementation, identity and access management, and a strong background in cybersecurity.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, plus a £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.

Although this role is advertised as full-time, we believe that flexibility at work can promote work/life balance, increase your motivation, reduce stress and improve performance and productivity. We support different ways of working and can offer a range of flexible working arrangements.
