About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Equipment Specialist to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with heavy machinery, using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of heavy machinery and plant equipment, with experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical skills, with ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
