About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock management.
  • Provide support to the Store Manager and Deputy Manager, including reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Engage with customers, respond to their queries, and provide a first-class customer service experience.
  • Operate the till, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Replenish stock, maintain a tidy store environment, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Participate in stock handling, deliveries, and other tasks as required.
  • Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and a desire to succeed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, using initiative and adapting to change.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment, with a quality brand.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.83, regardless of age, and a guaranteed minimum of 27.5 hours per week.
