About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our team at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day usage of our RLDatix Optima suite of systems and taking on a key role in supporting system deployment and other key projects related to eRostering.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent facilitation skills, ability to learn new software systems, and advanced keyboard skills. You will work closely with various departments, providing ad-hoc reporting, delivering training, participating in audits, contributing to policy development, and escalating quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have a full understanding and expert knowledge of roster creation regarding shift requirements, personal working patterns, shift skill levels required, and safe staffing. They will also be able to communicate complex systems information, maintain data confidentiality, and embed e-Rostering to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

We expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the Trust Values, which include Compassion, Empowerment, and Partnership. You will be expected to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

As a specialist in the field, you will support decisions regarding system set-up and design, oversee the collection of data from teams/departments, and produce all required elements of new roster templates.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
