About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Practitioner to join our team at Sovereign Lodge Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional standards of care to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and personalised care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that all residents receive the highest quality of care possible.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
