Customer Service Executive for Luxury Brand - Sociable & Bubbly Team
We are excited to partner with a Luxury Retailer in Leeds to find a Customer Service Superstar for their ever-growing, friendly team.
This role is based at Leeds Dock (outskirts of the city centre) with hybrid working available after probation.
The working hours consist of a 2-week rotation:
Week 1: 8am - 4pm
Week 2: 12pm - 8pm
We aim to start as soon as possible.
The salary for this position is £23,000 per annum with opportunities for self-progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main duties will be:
- Troubleshoot any customer issues regarding orders and assembly guides efficiently and effectively.
- To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A clear and professional phone manner.
- You will also require:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in both phone and email communication.
Please note that you must be immediately available for this opportunity.
