Electrical Designer/Manager Job Description

Morrison Energy Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Designer/Manager to join our Net Zero (EV) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high and low voltage electrical distribution systems connected to a low voltage electrical system of EV chargers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high and low voltage electrical distribution systems
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential issues
  • Review project requirements and specifications to ensure designs meet standards and regulations
  • Manage and track a pipeline of designs through to pricing and construction
  • Maximize revenue and profit through cost savings and additional chargeable activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Ability to manage and track multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Robust skills in Microsoft office software and CAD software
  • Full driving license
  • Minimum of five years' experience in electrical engineering and design
