About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Lettings Team as a Lettings Coordinator. This is a 12-month fixed-term position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Lettings Team with administrative tasks, including advertising new lettings opportunities, issuing and following up paperwork, data input, and tenancy setup.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize multiple IT systems and possess a basic knowledge of Excel to manage and analyze data.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.
