About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our Lettings Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lettings Team with administrative tasks, including advertising new lettings opportunities, issuing and following up paperwork, data input, and tenancy setup.
  • Utilize multiple IT systems to manage lettings data and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our lettings processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable: knowledge of housing and lettings processes.
