Job Title: Trade Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to join our team at NP Aerospace. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all relevant import and export regulations impacting our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strategic advice to support business planning and decision-making
  • Preparing and processing applications, expediting approvals, and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring compliance deadlines and identifying potential risks
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure business adherence to compliance laws and regulations
  • Providing training to key personnel on import and export controls, including ITAR
  • Liaising with internal and external customers/agencies to ensure trade compliance and support business objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in export compliance roles
  • Awareness and understanding of business agreements/contracts
  • All-round commercial awareness and numeracy
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to analyze complex business situations and advise on the impact of export controls
