Job Description

We are seeking a skilled API Implementation Specialist to join our API Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Technical Solutions Specialist to onboard new clients and help them get started with our products and services. Your primary focus will be on clients who have contracted to use our APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new customers with the required services and configurations
  • Assist the Technical Support Specialist team with support tickets when needed
  • Manage client onboarding process using dedicated software, and report on status of clients
  • Take a proactive approach to helping clients through the onboarding process
Requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure
  • Hybrid/Flexible working model
