Our web applications and APIs are used by over 15,000 end-users in large clients, including Barclays, Lloyds, and NatWest, as well as powering digital journeys for high-growth challengers like Tide and GoHenry.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled API Implementation Specialist to join our API Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Technical Solutions Specialist to help new clients get started with FullCircl products and services, with a focus on clients that have contracted to use our APIs.

Your key responsibilities will include setting up new customers with the required services and configurations, assisting the Technical Support Specialist team with support tickets, and managing the client onboarding process using dedicated software. You will also be responsible for reporting on the status of clients and providing a proactive approach to helping clients through the onboarding process.

Requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure
