Job Description

We are seeking a skilled API Implementation Specialist to join our API Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up new customers with the required services and configurations, assisting the Technical Support Specialist team with support tickets, and managing the client onboarding process using dedicated software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup new customers with the required services and configurations
  • Assist the Technical Support Specialist team with support tickets
  • Manage client onboarding process using dedicated software
  • Proactive approach to helping clients through the onboarding process

Requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure
  • Hybrid/Flexible working model
