We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Medicines Procurement and Homecare Team within the Pharmacy department at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain knowledge of pharmacy procurement services and best practices.
- Order and manage the delivery of medicines, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Vocational Level 3 or equivalent training in a relevant field.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent experience, including Maths and English at grade C or above.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
- Commitment to personal development and continuous learning.
