We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Fundraiser. As a Fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities- Engage with the public, building relationships and securing donations for our charity partners
- Work in a variety of settings, including door-to-door, private sites, and events
- Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working under your own initiative
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting with the public and building immediate face-to-face rapport
- Work flexible hours, including alternate Saturdays, to maximize fundraising opportunities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a motivation to reach and surpass targets
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
- Excellent communication skills, with expertise interacting with the public and building immediate face-to-face rapport
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Basic salary starting from £23,795 + uncapped discretionary bonus (£45K+ OTE)
