About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fundraiser. As a Fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations
  • Work in a variety of settings, including door-to-door, private sites, and events
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working under your own initiative
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a motivation to reach and surpass targets
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with the public
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
